At Warrnambool Obstetrics and Gynaecology our friendly team of staff are here to care for and make you as comfortable as possible during your treatment with us. We understand that a trip to the Obstetrician or Gynaecologist may be a daunting experience and depending on the reasons for your visit, may also be emotional. We commit to providing effective and evidence based patient care in a confidential, judgement and discrimination free environment. We will listen, be attentive and caring, and together develop a treatment plan that best suits your needs.

COVID-19 Changes
Warrnambool Obstetrics and Gynaecology know that despite COVID-19 changes the women of our community will continue to experience health issues and we are dedicated to ensuring our service remains available while it is safe to do so.
As with many businesses, we will continue to adapt to the changes released by the Victorian health department to ensure both the safety of our patients and the safety of our staff.
Our changes are designed to reduce the risk of either you or our staff getting coronavirus.
Telehealth and Phone calls
We are continuing to offer phone and video consultations where practical. Many of our clients require examinations and in-room procedures and with the current restrictions, these remain safe to do so.
Hygiene
The hygiene expectations within our rooms remain at a high expectation
More frequent cleaning is continuing throughout the day.
We expect that you use the alcohol gel on your arrival to our clinic and on your departure.
We also ask that you refrain from unnecessary touching of objects within our clinic.
20 min appointments
We have always had a 20min appointment maximum however we have been relaxed in sticking to this time in the past.
To limit the medical staff exposure we will be more stringent on limiting appointments to a 20 min time frame.
Arrive on time
To limit the number of people that will be waiting in our waiting room we still ask that you arrive on time or if you are a new patient no more than 5 min early.
